Fan Assist

Have a question during a game or event at Air Canada Centre? Fan Assist can help! Fan Assist allows you to ask our in-arena staff questions without leaving the comfort of your seat.

Simply text your inquiry and seat location to (647) 694-0454. Within minutes you’ll receive a response from our dedicated Fan Services team.

Please note that standard text message rates apply.

Fan Engagement

Are you celebrating a birthday, first game or anniversary at a Toronto Maple Leafs or Toronto Raptors game? For any special occasion you may be celebrating with us, our Fan Engagement Representatives are here to make your experience unforgettable with a personalized in-seat visit!

Join us in our Fan Zone (located in the Galleria outside Gate 1) before the game and enjoy some fun, interactive arcade-style games! The Fan Zone opens 2 hours prior to every Leafs and Raptors game at Air Canada Centre.

Fans For Life

At MLSE, we strive to create lasting positive impressions for all our guests during their visits to our events. Our Fans for Life program focuses on our younger fans who may be attending their first Leafs/Raptors game in order to develop a grassroots relationship between them and our teams.

If you’re at an event and want to learn more about the program, please visit one of our Fan Services desks located at Gate 1 and Section 301
